Very unfriendly and rude. Actually told me she won't refund a article I purchased online even though I had all the documents. I needed to call Tchibo Headoffice in the shop to put her right. I got my refund but will never shop there again. What is it that you can't return a article that does not fit. It's not like they have a change room and online shops should have the expectation that goods might be returned due to...

Schrecklich ! Die dunkelhaarige Verkäuferin mit Brille ist dauer unfreundlich ! Nicht nur "mal" ! ..."schmeißt" uns die Kaffeetassen inkl. Löffel dorthin...und schaut dabei noch nicht einmal ! ...räumt derweil noch Ware ein...ehrlich gesagt: zum Kotzen ! ...Diese Filiale werden wir nie wieder besuchen und auch unseren Kaffee dort nicht mehr kaufen ! Sehr schade...

Enges, kleines Geschäft.

Der Kaffee zum Hiertrinken schmeckt gut. Es gibt aber im Geschäft selbst keinen Platz um den Kaffee gemütlich zu trinken. Es gibt nur Plätze draußen vor der Tür. Im Winter ist das viel zu kalt. Also: im Winterhalbjahr komme ich nicht mehr hierher.

Ein paar Schritte weiter gibt es aber eine Bäckerei mit vielen...
