I think the customer's perspective is nearly the same for this cafe.
The young lady was working alone at the front at 11 am on Saturday. She took my order (a sandwich) and I made the payment. Then she said that there were no more items left and made me choose an alternative instead. When I had just started eating the 'alternative', I saw that she was preparing the sandwich that I wanted. I finished the food but couldn't enjoy it.
Other customers had to wait until she tied the rubbish bag and went to the back. I didn't hear any water sound when she came back to pick up the bread that the customer ordered. (Thank goodness, she was wearing a glove, at least)

We were the only customer in the store at 2pm on 06.12.2022, but we were ignored completely by the young waitress. After we asked for her attention, she replied:“don’t you see I’m busy!!!” And then started to insult us!
