The food is absolutely amazing I have no notes. I've had the peanut sauce udon noodles with beef and the new crunchy duck. The beef is very tender and tasty and the duck is cooked perfectly, personally I recommend the beef, it's my favorite and recommendation. The duck is perfect for absorbing the flavor of the broth which is an important factort to keep in mind .The teriyaki udon is also great even though teriyaki isn't my favorite, it's stil lworth trying in my opinion. I've also tried the sushi sometimes which is also delicious. The staff is very friendly and professional, you can always ask them for recommendations. Also the atmosphere is great the decoration looks great, my personal favorite is the umbrella covered ceiling, which definitely adds to the ambiance. In my opinion it's a must visit in Nürnberg and a great spot for a first...

Eine solide 4/5 🌟. Kleiner Imbiss mit überladenem Dekor. Er bietet eine Mischung aus japanischen, koreanischen und vietnamesischen Gerichten an – das Konzept war nicht ganz klar was uns dort genau erwartet.

🔴 Atmosphäre: Der Laden ist modern als Imbiss eingerichtet. Man kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sitzen. Im Hintergrund läuft moderne Popmusik, was für eine entspannte Stimmung sorgt.

🔴 Bestellung: Selbstbedienung, was auf den ersten Blick nicht ersichtlich war, weil das Schild an der Kasse war. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Wir waren an einem Freitag um 17:30 Uhr da – der Laden war absolut leer.

🔴 Preis-Leistung: Wir haben zwei Bowls, frittiertes Sushi, gedämpfte Gyoza als Vorspeise und je ein Getränk bestellt. Insgesamt mussten wir sofort an der Kasse 49,50 € bezahlen. In der Mittagspause bekommt man ab 12,90€ Hauptgericht einen Salat oder Getränk kostenfrei dazu. Für uns war der Preis gut für die Lage in der Innenstadt.

🔴 Essen: Geschmacklich war alles in Ordnung, aber eher durchschnittlich. Für ein schnelles Mittagessen durchaus empfehlenswert. Das Kimchi war mit Sojasoße statt Fischsoße gewürzt, was nicht typisch ist und ich war somit leider enttäuscht. Im Menü stand "Jasminreis" drin, ich hatte aber definitiv nicht Jasminreis, sondern eher "Sushireis" in meine Bowls. Die Gyoza und Frühlingsrollen erinnerten stark an Tiefkühlware.

🔴 Bedienung: Die Mitarbeiter hätten etwas freundlicher sein können – ein kleines Lächeln haben uns gefehlt 😊. Unsere Bestellung wurde richtig aufgenommen und beim Servieren wurde die korrekte Nummer genannt. Dennoch kam das Essen falsch, was aber schnell und ohne Anstand korrigiert wurde. Beim nächsten Mal wünsche ich mir meine Vorspeise vor dem Hauptgericht. 😉

P.S.: Ich würde dem Imbiss eine zweite Chance geben – das Team muss sich bestimmt noch...

The place has awesome atmosphere and feels like REAL. The taste of food was good, way better than average. They also used a VERY delicious kind of mango inside, I asked them about the mango and he said it is just a normal mango! But it tasted like real homeland mango. Super! Prices are medium ~28Euro for 2 main dish and one starter. The food took 15m to get ready which is understandable because the shopper was alone...
