Read moreI love Peter Pane and have visited multiple locations. Unfortunately on our last visit we had an unfortunate encounter with a staff member that caused me to downgrade my historical 5-star review to a 4-star. Upon arrival we were approached by a very kind waiter and asked how many people we needed a table for. I responded that we needed 5 seats and he said he would go clear a table off upstairs if we could wait 5 minutes. This sounded great and we happily waited. A minute later a female waitress approached us and asked what we were waiting for. I told her that another waiter was clearing a table for us and said he would be back within 5 minutes. She said that he didn’t know what he was talking about, that they had no tables available (fast-forward to when we went upstairs and noticed that the second floor was nearly empty), and that we had to leave. Read moreAside from the waiting time that maybe can be solved better in the future, I needed to ask the service for menus (no one was coming to our table for 10 minutes) then I needed to ask them to take our order because they were not coming. The menu is good if you are vegetarian or vegan but not so much for meat eaters. I needed again to ask the service to check for our food because we were by then there since 40 minutes. When the food arrived, the waitress threw the fries on the table so after around 1 hour we could start to eat. The food is over overpriced and not good, nothing was properly seasoned. The meat is from frozen patties and were cooked to death, the fries were cold and tasteless, the sourdough bread was no sour but at least soft, the beverages are ok but are just a mixed of soda water with syrup. If you are vegan, is ok, at least you have options, but if you like good burgers I don’t think is the...
