Moc Quan — Restaurant in Nuremberg

it's my favorite Vietnamese food in nürnberg, I'd say. service is good, food is ok. price is reasonable, in the day that the one and only woman is working there. but if the woman, who is friendly and knows everything, isn't there, then everything goes wrong. the men calculate wrong price, they mess up orders, food takes so long time to wait, not know how to explain the menus to customers. if I go there I only look for the woman first if she isn't there, then I don't take the risk to eat there. in my opinion, she is the only one that knows how to run the...

I ordered their Pho Bo through Foodora and it was not Pho Bo. The beef was precooked and too thick. The broth flavor did not taste right, and more importantly they packaged the broth with the noodles, vegetables, and beef all in the same container so all the ingredients soaked up the broth. When I've ordered Pho Bo in the past the restaurant would normally separate the broth from the rest of the ingredients to prevent this from happening.

I've never had their Pho at the physical restaurant before, but I at least don't recommend it...

Love the food, but payment options just turned annoying here. PayPal used to be accepted as payment but not anymore. Not very progressive. Card payments starting at 10€, so not applicable for most take away food. I don't like to carry around cash, hate this! Edit: Card payments now starting at 15€. That is not customer comfort. Instead of eating there multiple times every week, I now do so fewer than once a month, just because I don't have cash lying around often. Don't know how good that is for...
