Super Smash Burger — Restaurant in Nuremberg

VIBE ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It smelled food inside and I wouldn’t suggest sitting in there. Toilet was a bit dirty even though there were not so many people and we arrived maybe just an hour after opening. The outdoor seating was okay but nothing what makes you want to sit there for a while, just quickly eat and go (perhaps that was the idea of the owners).

FOOD ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Burgers were not bad, but, again, not what I would return for intentionally. And I don’t recommend salad. Maybe not always it’s the same but mine was a bit too sauer and the salad leaves were flaccid. In addition, my medium burger was quite well done.

SERVICE ⭐️⭐️ Taking into account that the seating both inside and outside isn’t the comfiest, 50 minutes that we had to wait for our burgers lasted waaay to long. We were chill and not in a rush but that was a lot of waiting. The opening hours aren’t convenient too. Otherwise the staff was pretty friendly and nice, they accept cards 💳 and the digital menu idea is pretty cool.

VALUE FOR MONEY ⭐️⭐️⭐️ With all said above, I know a place where this ratio is better ☺️

3,5 stars would be a more accurate rating but google doesn’t have this and the guys were nice after all, so 4...

So we ordered 2 Burgers and after carrying them home and taking it out from our bag, we saw this (see picture). I gave them a call and asked them why 有難うございます(thank you) and 卵(egg, this burger was with an egg XD) is written on our burger boxes. The server told us that she heard us talking in one of our previous orders in Japanese, that’s why she wrote this messages on our burgers. Very nice and lovely message. The burgers are always awesome. Love this place...

Wir waren bisher immer gerne in der superbude und immer zufrieden. Heute war allerdings alles anders.

Selbstbedienung außen ist okay wenn es kein Personal gibt. Wenn allerdings einer ständig raucht und innen die anderen Kollegen teilweise essen weiß man wieso die Preise so gestiegen sind.

Beim Bestellen vom Schöufele-Burger wurden wir ernsthaft gefragt welche Garstufe das Fleisch haben soll. What?! Das Schäufele ist fertig und wird nicht frisch zubereitet 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

Bestellt hatten wir: Schäufele Burger mit Kartoffeln, der Burger war durchgeweicht und in den Kartoffeln unzählige angebratene Knoblauchstücke Mr CCB mit Pommes Einen Pattie separat well done für unseren kleinen Sohn, das Fleisch war medium rare! Eine separate Portion Kartoffeln, diese kam 10 Minuten nach den anderen Gerichten. Dazu hatten wir drei Getränke und haben 54 Euro bezahlt 😳

Preis/Leistung passt hier überhaupt nicht mehr, sehr sehr schade!

P.S.: Als am Nachbartisch zwei Burger serviert wurden, wusste die Servicekraft leider nicht welcher Burger welcher ist. Die beiden sollten doch bitte einfach reinbeißen um herauszufinden wer was bestellt hat....
