⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Hummus I've Ever Had! Authentic Lebanese Flavors

I recently discovered this gem, and I can confidently say it's the best hummus I've ever tasted! The flavors are absolutely spot on, capturing the rich and authentic taste of traditional Lebanese cuisine. The texture is incredibly smooth, and the balance of garlic, lemon, and tahini is perfection.

Not only is the hummus to die for, but the entire menu is a celebration of Lebanese flavors. From the freshly baked pita bread to the flavorful falafel and tender shawarma, every dish is a delight. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal or a special treat.

I visited The Hummus Connection in Nuremberg and overall had a great experience.

I had the vegan shawarma and a falafel sandwich – both were delicious, well-seasoned, and packed with fresh veggies. The fattoush salad was nice, though I felt it could’ve used a bit more tang or lemon to bring out the flavor. They kindly offered me an extra plate of hummus and Arabic bread – a lovely gesture! The hummus was creamy, smooth, and truly one of the best I’ve had in Nuremberg.

The staff were friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, with good music playing in the background. Prices are slightly on the higher side considering the portion sizes, but the quality and flavor definitely...

The Hummus Connection is one of my favorite restaurants in Nuremberg. Their hummus is delicious, my favorite version is spicy hummus with halloumi and falafel. If you order a hummus plate, you also get flat bread. I still need to try their wraps and starters, I just haven't because I like the hummus plate so much (and it's already big enough for me) that it's hard to order anything else 😅.

They also have great cocktails and creative mocktails.
