There is an Asian face waiter quite impolite. I hadn't been led to the table so I had to sit down somewhere. The rude waiter just came and asked me to leave because I was just one person. Then he didn't lead me to the RIGHT table either. I had to seat down by myself again and waited for over half an hour! and no waiter came to help me to order. I was trying to ask someone but no waiter answered me. I just couldn't understand! Because of the time of my train I had no time to find an another restaurant so I was very hurry. God blessed there's a kind sir who was eating around me found that and helped me to call the waiter in Deutsch. He is just a customer but he helps me, The waiter may think that they be God and I am not allowed to eat here. Kind sir will be lucky forever. Anyway, if u can't speak Deutsch or not a European face, there may be no way to eat on the table, In fact I think I was racially discriminated against. TERRIBLE service.

The waiter was unprofessional and provided poor service, neglecting our order and showing a lack of attention throughout the entire dining experience. The waiter was extremely impolite and treated us as if he had no time for us. After taking our order, he only brought one out of the five items, placing it quickly on the table without looking at us or stopping. Then he sat with guests at another table and talked for a long time. We were worried he had forgotten about our other items. After some time, a lady brought the second item. When we told her we had ordered five items, she was surprised. Then she brought the third item. We said there were still two items missing, and she started looking for the waiter who had taken our order. He was now sitting and talking at another table. He looked at his notes and confirmed that we were right. Finally, after a long wait, we had all five items on the table. Since we ordered cakes, ice cream, and drinks, there was no reason for such a long wait. When we needed to pay, the waiter again showed no attention towards us, making us feel very unwelcome and unwanted. It was the end of the evening, so there weren’t many people left to serve, making his behavior even more inexcusable. We were very excited to eat here after a long day of traveling from Lake Garda in Italy. But during our sightseeing we missed our tram and were running late. We wanted to inform the restaurant by calling ahead. Alas, after 4 tries still no one picked up. Luckily there were still tables available when we arrived. Our drinks order was taken immediately and served swiftly. However, it took our server over half an hour to take our food order, even after we tried getting her attention multiple times. Eventually we got her attention by asking one of her colleagues if we could order, who subsequently made our server aware of us. When we asked for the bill, she asked if we wanted to give a tip for the service, to which I politely declined. She proceeded by gaslighting us with the phrase 'Was my service that bad?' to which I replied that the wait time was a bit long.
