Café Bistro La Chapelle — Restaurant in Regensburg

A lot of other reviews mention the price:value component of La Chapelle, and they are absolutely correct! As we’ve traveled throughout Germany and other places in Central Europe, we would have expected to pay 30-50% higher per dish at this bistro. Plus, the service we received was awesome! Our server helped us out by translating a few of their dishes for us in English and we were so appreciative of the extra time he spent with us. He was super patient and extremely helpful. I wish i had written down the dish I ordered to put the German name of it here, but it was a meatball dish with mushrooms in a brown sauce and mashed potatoes. The meatballs were so tasty! Вкусная еда, большие порции, доброжелательный персонал, быстрое обслуживание. В основные блюда оказался включён салат, хоть в меню и не был указан. В итоге заказанный дополнительно салат 🥗 нам упаковали с собой. Пиво не вызвало восторгов, хотелось бы видеть продукцию ещё и других пивоварен. Заведение небольшое по площади, там не много места, а в туристический сезон может не хватить мест. Зимой внутри кафе тепло, но чтобы пройти в уборную, нужно выходить на улицу (но там рядом). В уборной холодно. В холодную погоду это может доставить дискомфорт. Хорошие цены для заведения в самом центре города рядом с основными достопримечательностями....

Schön am historischen Kornmarkt gleich neben dem Dom gelegenes Café/Bistro. Trotz etwas Autoverkehr dran vorbei ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Service ist sehr schnell, aufmerksam und außergewöhnlich freundlich, ja teilweise fast herzlich. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Innen gemütlich und klein. Ein schöner Freisitz auf dem Kornmarkt. Bunt gemischtes Publikum. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot von 9 bis 16 Uhr. Wechselndes günstiges Tagesangebot durchgehend bis 21 Uhr neben der normalen Karte.
