Dean & David — Restaurant in Regensburg

I always loved eating from your place and I have had ordered many many times since last year as I moved to Regensburg. But I ordered Salat (Miso Beef) for the first time (I go for their wraps and bowls normally) on Tuesday, 5th July 2022 at around 3 pm. I have not been feeling well after around 1 hour and I started vomiting as I got back home. I vomited around 6 to 7 times until my stomach got empty of the Salat. And I had to go to the Notaufnahme and stayed there until 2 am on the following day. I did not at all expect this from Dean and David who I believe stands for their quality. Nevertheless, I am still recovering and I lost 3 days already feeling uneasy and sick. Please look into the quality of the ingredients that you put into the Salate. From now on, I am a bit skeptical and would think twice before ordering from Dean and David. And I am leaving 3 stars as they were quite good until last week but this experience prompts me to write...

In theory I like the idea of healthy fast food. In practice I think the Dean & David - at least this one - falls a bit short. Somehow neither the taste nor texture of the curries we had felt right and we did not want too much of them. I do like the interior decoration though, it is pretty okay for a stall in the Arcaden...

Unfreundliches, gestresstes Personal, das nicht mitdenkt. Habe zwei Currys bestellt, ein Vegetarisches und eines mit Fleisch. Das Vegetarische wurde vorbereitet und auf dem Tresen abgestellt. Dort stand es dann auch erstmal eine Weile bis ich gemerkt habe, das es meines ist. Das mit Fleisch war noch lange nicht fertig. Ich habe mich dann beschwert, das ich mein Essen weder kalt essen noch lange dort stehen sehen möchte weil das in meinen Augen unhygienisch ist. Jeder Kunde holt dort sein Essen ab und ich habe keine Kontrolle was dann mit meinem Teller passiert. Daraufhin wurde mein Teller in die Küche gepfeffert, ich unfreudlich angemacht, das man ja nur zwei Hände habe ect und ein neues Curry für mich hergerichtet. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man sein Hirn einschalten würde und erst das von der Bestellung vorbereitet, das länger dauert und dann das schnell zuzubereitende Essen dazu stellt.
