While the Schnitzel had a good crunch and nice golden color, and the potato salad served with it was good with cucumber and dill, the meal as a whole was not spectacular. The deer was very dry, even for a low fat deer, the gravy was nothing special and the salad minus the hair we found in it was in a dressing that I can only guess was water mostly with almost not flavor or consistency. The waitress we had was very innatentive after waiting for 25 minutes I had to go in and get menus and as the barmaid, who was as actually quite nice that we needed to order. This neglect did not stop and we never saw the waitress until I decided we waited long enough to pay and I walked in to find her. This was not the worst place I have been and the barmaid seemed really nice withe the interactions that I had. But overall the price was way to high for the quality of the food. Nein sehr unfreundlicher Service. Bin alleine vor 2 Tagen am Freitag Abend gekommen weil ich gute Reviews gelesen und Lust darauf hatte obgleich ich in Wien wohne und Hotelier bin also nicht nur oesterreichische Küche kenne sondern auch wie man mit Gästen umgeht. Daher fragte ich einen Kellner da ich einige Tische aussen wie innen und auch an der Bar sah und es nicht zu voll war. Darauf sagte er er wisse es nicht und fragte seinen Supervisor nehm ich mal an. Der sagte alleine? Nein alles voll. Sah mir nicht mal in die Augen und als er merkte, dass es gar nicht so voll war, meinte er in eine Stunde solle ich nochmal kommen. Der Ton spielt die Musik. So hatte ich meinen Eindruck von diesem Lokal und weiss, dass ich nie wieder kommen werde. Schade, dass einige Gastronomen immer noch nicht wissen wie wichtig jeder Gast ist und wie man in einer solchen Situation umgeht und zudem dass negative Mundpropaganda jetzt die Folge ist. Selbst wenn ich nur 40 Euro oder so konsumiert haette und es nur 15 Euro Wareneinsatz gewesen wären ist der Schaden nun groesser. Marketing, Image aufpolieren ist viel teurer. Und das ist nur ein Gast. Gerne können Sie mich für Beschwerdemanagement als Trainer buchen. Dann verbessern wir diese miesliche Lage. Habe nicht gegessen also keine Sterne für das Essen gegeben.
