Ich habe lange Zeit gerne hier gegessen – vor allem die Pizza hat mir immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Leider musste ich heute Abend eine sehr enttäuschende und belastende Erfahrung machen.

Ich war mit einer Freundin dort und habe zwei Stück Pizza gekauft (insgesamt 7 €). Ich habe dem Mitarbeiter 6 € in Münzen gegeben (3 × 2 €) sowie 1 € in kleinen Münzen (10- und 20-Cent-Stücke). Der Mitarbeiter hat das Geld genommen, etwas in die Kasse gelegt und dann laut vor allen Gästen gesagt: „Wer hat das bezahlt? Das war nicht richtig kassiert.“ Dann hat er mir ein paar Cent zurückgegeben – ich glaube 2 oder 5 Cent – und mich öffentlich bloßgestellt.

Ich fühlte mich in diesem Moment nicht nur falsch behandelt, sondern offen rassistisch angegangen – besonders, da viele andere Gäste anwesend waren und der Ton sehr respektlos war. Der Chef stand daneben und hat leider nicht eingegriffen. Ich möchte aber betonen, dass der Chef mich in der Vergangenheit immer sehr gut und freundlich behandelt hat. Ich glaube nicht, dass er erkannt hat, wie unangemessen und diskriminierend das Verhalten seines Mitarbeiters war.

So ein Verhalten ist für mich absolut unprofessionell und verletzend. Ich bin langjähriger Kunde, esse fast jede Woche dort – aber nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich nicht mehr wiederkommen. Ich empfehle Kund:innen, vorsichtig zu sein, denn das Verhalten des Mitarbeiters wirkte klar diskriminierend.

Bitte behandeln Sie alle Gäste mit Respekt – unabhängig von Herkunft oder Religion. Ich hoffe, dass solche Vorfälle künftig nicht...

Family-sized pizza margherita. The BEST pizza I have ever had. I'm a center-piece kind of gal, and I haven't ever found this pizza's equal or better yet in the decades I've been alive. It's the go-to take-out when I'm in Regensburg, and for family gatherings. Honestly, everything from Maradonna's is tasty and delicious, but if I must sing any praises, it will be for my love of this pizza.
