Tapas — Restaurant in Regensburg

I would like to give 4 star for the foods but only 2 star for the service!

In general, the place was nice, foods were decent. They have lovely garden behind the building (even though there is a corner that has a lots of bikes/motorbikes/ kids bikes… standing and it does not look so nice)

At first, I made the reservation for 2 persons to sit outside, they confirmed but when we came, our names were not recorded for the booking!!! However, it only took few mins to wait until we got the table, so it was ok! Then, we waited for more than 20 mins (after some attempts to collect the attention of the waitresses but failed) to be able to do the first order for drinks and 3 tapas dishes. After another 30mins of waiting, the drinks came, and we ordered for another 2 main dishes (as we thought that we should order else we would wait for long time again…), but we were not lucky as we had to wait for ages as they forgot our main dishes (after we asked the waitresses few times). At the end, we got the main dishes (after 30 mins waiting since we finished the tapas!!!!)

P.S: if you wanna order paella, you should order in advanced as it’s not served...

Der Biergarten wunderschön im Hinterhof gelegen, das Servicepersonal trotz massiver Überlastung nett und hilfsbereit. Der Biergarten war gegen 19:15 Uhr voll, entsprechend lange hat die Aufnahme der Getränke und Speisen gedauert. Wir haben als Vorspeise verschiedene Tapas bestellt, als Hauptgericht 1 x Fischspieß und 2 x Schweinspieß jeweils mit Salatbeilage. Nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit kamen die bestellten Tapas, die bestellten Oliven wurden "vergessen". Teller wurden erst auf Nachfrage gebracht. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten kam die Hauptspeise der zweite bestelle Fleischspieß wurde ebenfalls vergessen. Anstelle dem Servicepersonal zu helfen hat die Inhaberin nach einer geraumen Ewigkeit "im Garten nach dem Rechten gesehen" und relativ lustlos zwei Gläser von einem leeren Tisch abgeräumt. Ein Nebentisch hat ohne jegliche Getränke und Speisen das Restaurant wieder verlassen. Eine Bedienung hat sich bei uns entschuldigt und als Entschädigung "Getränke aufs Haus" angeboten, was wir abgelehnt haben. Ich habe im Anschluss die Inhaberin mit dem Erlebten konfrontiert, eine Erklärung hierfür konnte sie mir nicht geben. Wir haben im Anschluss an der Bar die Rechnung bezahlt, es wurden lediglich die Speisen berechnet, was einem versauten Abend nicht wieder gut macht. Schade, die Location mit dem Biergarten wäre...

Yummy food and friendly staff, great prices – we payed under 30 euros for food and drinks for two and rolled away from the table at the end of the night. The talas selection is not huge, especially for vegetarians, but we got enough plates together. It's probably cooler to sit outside, but we visited in a rainy day and the interior is a little old, but cozy. Reserve one of the corner tables...
