the iced chai is amazing. we tried a dirty chai and a „normal“ chai and both were fantastic. i personally like my chai a little more „milky“ so i asked if the barista could add a little milk. he was really nice about it and did (no extra charge). the prices are really fair for the size. (my dirty iced chai was 4,90€. and in total we spent 14,50€ for 3 drinks) Tipping isn’t expected but highly appreciated. The barista was super welcoming and the food looked really amazing. the atmosphere was great, the only thing was that the cafe was in a really busy area so due to it being early monday morning a lot of trucks and vans drove by to load and unload goods, Id think tho that later in the day and or on other days the surrounding area is more quiet. we also really loved that there was free water! the bathroom was also really clean! Excellent coffee and delicious high quality breakfast - the best my wife and I had on our vacation so far. The bread was really good, as well as the hummus and jam. Die Stunde, die ich im UrbanCoffee verbrachte, konnte den ansonsten recht düstren Herbsttag, aufhellen. Oh, bobbins'! - das hätte sonst kaum ein Café vollbracht! Denn wie eine Oase in der Wüste ist es platziert in der Maxstraße und bietet sich den Erschöpften an, als Ort des Wohlbefindens und der Erholung. Nur selten habe ich es erlebt, dass man sich so in die sicheren Arme des Personals fallen lassen kann wie hier, das unübertroffen und fürsorglich um seine Gäste bemüht ist, ihnen jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest und mit den leckersten Speisen und Getränken versorgt. Ist man allein dort, kann man die ulkige Einrichtung der Pflanzen begutachten, die wie toll über Tische und Decke wachsen. Unheimlich. Dieser deutliche Naturbezug gibt einem in einer so kargen und absterbenden Stadt wie Regensburg wieder ein Stück Hoffnung, einen Schimmer real-ideal...
