After all the positive reviews, I was excited to visit the coffee shop. Sadly I was disappointed. The place is very small -only 2-3 tables (which is not a bad thing), however, the service is very bad. There are only 2 girls trying to manage the place and make breakfast. The table was dirty and one of the seats was filthy. They would have stayed this way unless we would ask for them to be cleaned. After that the waiter came with a wet towel without even disinfecting the table. I needed to ask as well for napkins and cutleries. The food- nothing special, I would say totally ordinary, even a bit plane. When people were leaving they didn't sanitize their tables.

I stumbled upon this cosy little cafe in the city centre during my weekend trip to Regensburg. Urban Coffee, looked nice from the outside and I was looking for breakfast. I was one of the best meals I had in a long time! I had the whole grain bread with Avocado, Egg, goat cheese and salat. My cup of coffee was made from beans from a local roastery and my orange smoothie was freshly made.

The proprietor was super nice and told me that it was too bad that it was my 1st cup of coffee in Germany because all the other coffee won’t taste as good after that. He was just joking.
