This is one of my most favorite spots in Warnemünde since my childhood. My grandparents live in Rostock and every single time we came to visit them we took a quick stop to Warnemünde and had to stop here. If not it would have been a terrible car ride home with grumpy kids in the backseat.
My all time favorite is their “Zimtspitze” (Danish ice cream sundae dipped in cinnamon and sugar) a must for all cinnamon lovers. My son loves their sundae dipped in sugar sprinkles. Personally I did enjoy the one dipped in licorice as well (which is something to get used to, but this is typically Scandinavian style). Best is to oder several things in a group and then test out which one you like best and then just get another one.
By the way there is another danish ice cream shop by the “Teepot” /lighthouse. This is not a sister store they are competitors. My family tried their ice cream as well and we went for an extra icream to my favorite spot and all admitted it was better there. Can’t go wrong...

We got attacked by the seagull after taking the icecream. 5meters after we got the icecream - boom, a almost murder attack 😝 by these naughty seagulls. So we went back and just made a fun of that we are going to take our right of warranty - even we are within of the time of warrant. Not expected anything, they gave us a new icecream (the same we ordered before) for nothing.
The 4 people inside - all of them were pretty nice - even there were always 10-20 people in the row…
By the way, the icecreams were delicious - do not like just to recommend the ones we ordered - more the options they have at all
