We drove a good way (50 km) just in hope of good coffee. Ronja had two espressoblends to choose from - one with 50% Robusta and one with 25% robusta (who still use Robusta anyway? Ronja do 😒 ) Both blends looked like they were roasted way past second crack (at least way to dark). I then asked if We could have Espresso from what looked like a lighter roast from Honduras, and I was happy when she said yes. But my happiness was short - when I saw the double espressoshot run in about 12 seconds. For those who dont know about runningtime, an Espressoshot should roughly run in about 30 seconds. When a shot run fast, it tend to get more sourness and if it runs long, it tend to get more bitterness. The coffe was bad, bitter, burned and smokey, with no body and any floral flavors. An wärmeren Tagen kann man - sofern man einen Platz kriegt - auch draußen sitzen und das Dobi-Treiben beobachten. An erster Stelle aber natürlich leckerer Kaffe und Espresso, in vielen Variationen und loser Kaffe für zu Hause und Schokolade und Cookies.....
