Peking — Restaurant in Rothenburg ob der Tauber

Wow I didn’t expect to get very tasty Chinese food in Rothenburg!! The location is right “on the spot” - by the street where the first two photos photos show. The outside is so low key & nondescript that I nearly missed; on a side note, if I were the owner, I’d really spruce up the appearance as well as the ambiance to bring the place up a few notch, in addition to the delicious food to offer a “complete package “!!:). It doesn’t take much actually to add a little nice touch outside if budget is an issue. I made it back for dinner again the next day!! Only stayed for two nights in the amazing town...

Needed my rice fix after too much bread and I chose to have dinner here on my first night in Rothenburg.

Since the staff spoke Cantonese and I saw Singapore Bee Hoon, Gu Lu Yok and Mui Choi Kau Yok in their menu, I asked the staff if they're from Malaysia and the lady boss is from Tanjung Malim, married to a Honkie and has been living here in Germany for 40 years! Came here again the following night for wantan mee.

Giving 5 stars not because of the food (cannot expect same standard as HK and Malaysia) but it's so nice to meet another Malaysian, in Rothenburg...
