Die Burgerei — Restaurant in Saarbrücken

I have eaten here a handful of times and it is the gold standard to which all other burger and fries have to live up to. I take this place very seriously and drive almost an hour to eat here because I won’t willingly eat a burger and fries anywhere else. Friends will coax me into trying a different joint but they never hold a flame to Die Burgerei. This is a holy place that sets the bar high. I always get whatever is on special and have never been disappointed. I have brought so many people here just to have an excuse to not be that guy eating a juicy delicious burger with a heavenly bun and perfect life changing fries alone. If you ever wanna go, let me know, I’ll miss the birth of my first born son...

If you want to give your taste buds a real treat - GO TO THIS PLACE! I went there on one of their busiest nights (duhhh Friday night :P) only to find it flooded by Lieferando delivery staff and with Chief de Cuisine showing me 50 pending orders before mine. But guess what, they still managed to whip together a juicy, succulent and perfectly held together Chilli Burger for me in less than 10 mins (guess I was lucky? I don't know :P). Wir haben uns über dieses Restaurant ausführlich im Internet informiert und wollten ausprobieren ob es seine guten Bewertungen auch gerecht wird: und Ja auf jeden fall! Das Ambiente: Der Vintage-Look der Aussieht wie alles wild vom Sperrmüll zusammengewürfelt und der Rustikale Look ist einfach gut gelungen. Klein aber fein. Hier herrscht zwar Selbstbedienung ( was nirgendwo steht, oder ich habs nicht gesehen) was uns aber nicht gestört hat, das Personal ist freundlich, Preis-leistung ist angemessen. Das Essen: Die Burger sind sehr schmackhaft! Die Burger sind groß und frisch, das schmeckt man. Die Portion ist ausreichend. Die Burgerbrötchen waren gleube ich selbstgemacht, sie waren auf jedenfall lecker und frisch. Die Pommes sind sehr kross und super lecker, auf Anfrage bekam ich zusätzlichen Ketchup, man bekommt zwar ein kleines Schälchen dazu es war mir aber zu wenig, was aber kein Problem war. Die Getränkeauswahl ist meiner meinung nach zu klein, wir sind eben Cola, Fanta gewöhnt und es gab nur Cola und fanta von fritz-kola was geschmacklich zwar ganz ok war aber trotzdem nicht unser Ding.

Das Restaurant ist für Jung und Alt ansprechend, ein muss für jeden der gerade in Saarbrücken ist und Hunger hat :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Als kleine Anregung könntet ihr vielleicht einen würzigeren Käse verwenden (Cheddar-Mexicana) und Cocktails anbieten, das würde zum Ambiente...
