We ate here with our friends during a day trip. Overall the food was nice and tasted really good. The Stuff wasn't unfriendly in itself, just very calm and reserved I'd say. We didn't really see him smile once during our stay there. It wasn't stressful as we were the only people dining in. The orders arrived fast and looked nice.
The main thing that bothered us was that one of our dishes, the lamb curry, tasted odd. The meat didn't taste pleasant or nice as confirmed by everyone on the table. It's when your body tells you to not eat something because it tastes a bit stingy and off. Most people on the table grew up eating lamb from small on so they know what they talk about. Even my tongue told me to rather stay away from it.
We told the waiter but he didn't really care about it. He defended the place and didn't take our complaint serious. We paid sixteen euros for it. Could've been handled a lot better. If a customer tells you something is off with your food you should at least listen. Not gonna eat here again or recommend it despite the rest of the...
Read morePros: 1) Vibrant ambiance with soothing Bollywood music. 2) Dal Makhani and Naan were delicious. Cons: 1) Unfortunately the day we visited the restaurant had a weird smell and due to the same reason the WC was inaccessible. The restaurant should have been temporarily closed until the issue was resolved. Although the stewardess apologized for the inconvenience, they should have proactively offered us a table a bit away from the smell. 2) Service was not welcoming. No smile, made us feel that the person who served us was either disinterested or forced to do the job. 3) The chicken dish was not that flavourful. 💡 Tip for the restaurant: any restaurant can face an unpleasant situation to deal with, proactively make the customer comfortable and or offer a small item from the menu as salad or dessert complimentary to lessen...
Read moreDefinitely not worth the price. The service is shabby - it is very slow, disorganised, inconsiderate. One of the servers came and threw down a dish on the table, almost on top of the plate I was eating on. I found that quite impolite and unprofessional. The atmosphere is very very loud. The food is nothing to write home about. I ordered a Tandoori Paneer Naan, which was quite nice. I ordered a side of Butter Chicken with it - this dish was nothing like butter chicken is in India. It tasted like chicken floating in tomato paste. I ordered Malai kebabs as well, which were served overtly burned. The Gulab Jamuns at the end were more reminiscent of another sweet, the Rasagulla, and not Gulab Jamuns. Overall,...
