Basically, this place ruined our experience in Schwerin. The service was so slow and disorganised that it spoiled the impression from the excellent location and nice food. First, we ordered drinks (we were 3), and they came in 3 batches, with one extra water, which was welcome because we finished the first one before they brought the rest. 🙂 Then it took like 20 minutes for the waiter with a tablet to come and take our order. Then, another 30 minutes to receive the order. Then, we thought coffee would be quick, but no! It took 15 minutes more! And during all this time, one or another waiter came to us asking what we were waiting for. They had electronic assistants, couldn't they see the status of the orders? So, in total, we spent almost 2 hours there, most time starving, and finally missed what we wanted to do in Schwerin. Honestly, it's a shame for the place as the food was nice and the view...

Das Essen ist handwerklich ganz in Ordnung. Befindet sich aber eher im gehobenen Kantinenbereich und bekommt durch die Lage einen ordentlichen Preisaufschlag. Die Portionsmenge ist aber ein schlechter Witz.

Das Ambiente ist eher eine schicke Kantine und irgendwo Ende der 90iger Jahre hängen geblieben. Wer gerne mit dem Nachbartischen kuschelt kann dies sehr gut hier ausleben. Hier also lieber weniger Tische um mehr Platz für seine Gäste dann verschwindet auch die Kantinenatmosphäre. Oder passt eure Preise auf Kantinenniveau an dann passt es auch.

Der Service ist bemüht kommt vermittelt aber den Eindruck dort nur zu arbeiten weil man ebend Geld verdienen muss.

!!!!!!!!!Bedenklich ist aber dass die Aufmerksamkeit der beiden südländischen Kellner von unserer weiblichen Begleitung abhängt. Je "blonder" die Haare und je größer der Umfang an einigen Körperstellen um so mehr Aufmerksamkeit und auch Blicke (teilweise unangebrachte) bekam unser Tisch!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Die Kellnerin draußen im Baucontainer tat uns mehr als leid. Das einzige was dort beheizt war waren die Tassen und Getränke. Ansonsten verstößt dieser Blechcontainer so gegen alle arbeitsrechtlichen Schutz- und Fürsorgepflichten die ein Arbeitgeber mindestens leisten muss. Geschmacklich ist der Glühwein weit weg von Winzerqualität und schmeckt eher nach Aufgewärmt und abgestanden.

Für einen Glühwein lieber paar Meter weiter zur Weißen Flotte.

Unser Fazit: Wer gerne eine Gaststätte will die in der Zeit vor 20 bis 30 Jahren stehen geblieben ist und mehr Schein als Sein verkauft darf sich hier gerne einfinden. Für moderne Gastronomie würde ich die Innenstadt empfehlen

Sehr geehrter Inhaber,

aufgrund des Wortes "Südländer" ihren Gästen fast schon Rassismus vorzuwerfen sagt schon sehr viel aus.

Dazu noch Antwortblöcke die fast vermuten lassen dass es sich um vorgefertigte Antworten handelt bestätigt unserer Eindruck, der in der Zeit hängen gebliebenen Gaststätte, um so mehr.

Gerne nehmen wir natürlich Ihren Rat an und werden nicht wieder kommen um uns ggf. davon zu überzeugen, dass beide Parteien einen schlechten Tag hatten und unser erste Eindruck doch in einigen...
