This was by far the worst meal I’ve ever had. The rice was still frozen, with a strong freezer taste, and it was served ice cold. The chicken was clearly old and barely reheated—only warmed slightly on the outside, likely in a microwave.

I normally wouldn’t leave a review, but after fasting all day, this experience was beyond frustrating. To make things worse, they served the food without utensils, and I had to wait 15 minutes past the time I could break my fast. In the end, I had to go ask for utensils myself, along with the water we had ordered 30 minutes earlier.

If you can’t provide decent food and service, don’t offer iftar, only for people to be left disappointed and still hungry after a long day of fasting. I honestly don’t understand how this place has such high ratings if this is what they serve...

We had a great experience at Al Nada. I ordered the falafel plate, while my husband went for the chicken kebabs — and both dishes were excellent.

The falafel stood out: perfectly crispy on the outside, moist and flavorful inside, and not at all dry (which is often hard to get right). I really enjoyed every bite. The chicken kebabs were also a hit — tender and well-seasoned. The rice served with them was aromatic and flavourful, complementing the meat nicely.

Portions were very generous, and when we couldn’t finish everything, the staff kindly offered us takeaway boxes. The service was warm and accommodating throughout.
