Biddy Earlys Irish Pub — Restaurant in Stuttgart

A nice bar, one of my favourites in Stuttgart. Has a cheap pool table and darts for free! Music is nice, so is the ambience and the drinks. For food it is pretty weak, offers only chips and grilled cheese sandwiches - but it is a bar after all so that's not why people go there normally. They have different activities almost everyday of the week. One night is open Mic, another is poker night, they have a quiz night too. Just check their website, it says which day of the week is which. Be warned though, some days you need to pay 4€ to enter (only weekends I think). And on night with bands playing it gets pretty loud, making talking with your friends difficult. Outside of Ireland there are "Irish Pubs" and there are Irish Pubs. Biddy Early's is an Irish Pub! The atmosphere, the smell, the music, the drinks, the draught beers, the whiskys, the friendly awesome staff, the happiness of the people in the place. It's like a micro vacation going there. The only thing missing is the Leprechaun, but it may well be that he has simply decided not to show himself to me yet. If you are looking for an Irish pub in the Stuttgart area or just a great bar in general, you cannot find a better place! Live music every Saturday night and so much other fun stuff going on. A solid pub in downtown Stuttgart. I was a bit surprised at the 5 euro cover, but we were not sure if it was because of karaoke night. You can reserve a table here which I highly recommend if you plan on spending a few hours here. While there we were hungry and got some little grilled sandwiches that were actually pretty good and not too expensive. The only complaint I had was that although they had a smokers room, we all still smelled like smoke after leaving.
