HIAMI Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Stuttgart

My family and I just went to Hiami for dinner since we haven’t had sushi in a while. We were NOT let down!! Holy moly. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I can’t believe we waited so long to check this place out. The miso soup, edamame, and sushi were all equally amazing. Not to mention the Japanese beer selection. The employees were amazing and very friendly. We felt like part of the family by the time we finished dinner. We will most certainly be back. I’m already looking forward to the next time we go! Tonight was our 3rd visit to Hiami Sushi. We are always blown away at how amazing the food is here. The sushi is always fresh and flavorful. The gyoza is crispy and delicious. Try the mochi and the Choya plum wine for a great treat! We order the Omakase, which is chefs choice, and then add some sashimi. This is always perfect for our family of 3. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and is made even better by the amazing family of staff that work here. Ha, Huy, Ming, Anna, and Ray are all so friendly and helpful. They speak English too. We leave here feeling appreciated and, of course, satiated, and ready for the next visit. 5 stars all the way! See...

Ordered takeout, in the past I’ve ordered and the food has always been good. Today I was a bit disappointed to see that two of my rolls were made wrong (wrong missing/ingredients; they put cream cheese in a roll that did not have cream cheese on the menu!) I will definitely start checking my order before I leave the restaurant after this…The sushi assemblage was a bit rushed and the ingredients were kind of falling out and choppy out.

Definitely check your order before leaving. I recommend the gyoza, spicy tuna rolls and the crunchy rolls.

I also think eating in the restaurant is always better than ordering...
