Piano Bar — Restaurant in Stuttgart

My friends and I, staying at the Maritimm Hotel in Stuttgart, had the opportunity to visit the Piano Bar on two consecutive nights. The ambiance of the bar was inviting and relaxing, with dimmed lights and comfortable seating. It was a convenient spot for us to gather as it is easily accessible within the hotel, ideal for winding down after our daily activities​1​.

The staff at the bar were professional and accommodating, demonstrating their knowledge in mixology and cocktail making. However, the Cosmopolitan cocktail we tried didn't quite meet our expectations. While beautifully presented, the taste didn't hit the mark for us.

Regarding the food, the service hours until 10:30 PM was convenient for late-night cravings. However, we found the taste of the dishes we ordered to be somewhat lacking.

One feature we were initially excited about was the live music. However, we felt that it didn't contribute positively to the atmosphere as we had hoped.

Despite these points, we appreciated the courteousness of the staff who were happy to answer our inquiries and assist us throughout our visit​.

Overall, while we had a relaxed evening at the Piano Bar at Maritimm, there were a few areas that could be improved, mainly the quality of the cocktails, food, and the live music. The bar has great potential to be a fantastic place to unwind, and we hope to see these improvements in the future. We believe it could still be a good spot for guests looking to enjoy the night within the comfort...

Members of our group love the Jazz nights which are hosted here. The bar staff are very helpful and enable us to host great events here. Die Piano Bar im Stuttgarter Maritim wird ihrem Namen mehr als gerecht. Wir genossen an zwei entspannten Abenden leckere Fassgelagerte Cocktails. Der Negroni, ein Klassiker, aus einer hauseigenen Sherry-Fass Lagerung, besticht mit einem weichen abgerundeten Geschmack mit feinen Holz- und Sherry-Noten. Zu meiner Überraschung ist auch ein La Louisiane, eine meiner Meinung nach zu Unrecht weniger bekannte Rye-Whisky basierte sweet Manhattan Variante mit Bénédictine und Absinthe und den klassischen Peychaud Bitters auch in der fassgelagerten Variante auf der Karte. Ein toller Cocktail, probieren sie Ihn, es lohnt sich nicht nur für Manhattan-Fans. Die Chef-Bartenderin versteht ihr Handwerk und zaubert auf internationalem Niveau Cocktail Leckereien. Begleitet wurden beide entspannten Abende von Rayan Mendis am Piano. Ein Meister seines Fachs.
