I ordered the Wendelgard special which comes with 2 pieces of meat and a rosti. The meat when served on the table is close to medium rare, be sure to check your meat first! In my case, once the dish arrived I took the beef down to my plate since it is already medium rare. This dish requires you to cook the beef yourself so be careful! Great place overall! The hot stone steak is extremely popular (get it with the Bratkartoffeln). They also had some swiss dishes - although the restaurant seems to skew heavily on pork rather than veal. Not a negative but if pork isn’t your thing - maybe less choices
