Enchilada Würzburg — Restaurant in Würzburg

Terrible service from our waitress. We know times are tough. Staff is short. Ok. But nasty waitresses are not ok. We waited, and waited. And waited. And she kept NOT bringing our drinks. So we asked another waiter to check. He found our drinks sitting on the bar. Ok. Can happen. After 30 minutes still no chips. We ask the waitress and we get nowhere. We ask the other waiter and he brings the chips in one minute. After 45 minutes we ask twice about the food and finally the waitress brings it. Cold enchiladas. So clearly thru we’re just sitting waiting for her to pick up. Again, every seems to be short staffed but restaurant owners need to hire more people or hire people who can handle the work. But you can’t have wait staff being nasty to customers. Or there won’t be customers any more....

I really like this restaurant. But I have to say, that last 3 times we had to wait over an hour for our food (one time we even had to leave, because it took extremely long). Wine took like 30 minutes, and then the server came and said we have to leave in 10 minutes, because they have another reservation. I understand, that it's a fav place for many ppl, but do something about the waiting time! It's alarming to not be able to finish food and drinks peacefully in ca 1,5 hrs and be asked to leave in 10 minutes after you finally get your glass of wine you've been waiting for half an hour. That's why I have to give only 4 stars. The food is very nice, the interior is cozy and I've never met a...

I did not have a good experience overall. We got there at 8:30pm maybe earlier and ended up getting our food at 10:20pm. The food is not bad, nor is it really good. The staff was friendly and I do not blame the waiting time on them at all but more on the restaurant as the kitchen seems understaffed for the amount of time that we waited for our food. We had to end up taking our fries to go as our train left 30 minutes later.

So, if you don’t mind waiting 1 hour and a half to two plus store bought guacamole and mid food, be my guest :|
