Nettes Ambiente im Weimarer Zentrum. Wir haben einen Eiskaffee für 5,90€ und einen Iced Chai für 5€ bestellt.

Während der Eiskaffee in einer noch angemessenen Größe serviert wurde, empfanden wir den Iced Chai überteuert. Das kleine Glas kam mit einigen Eiswürfeln.

Gegenüber den drei anwesenden Bedienungen habe ich Füllmenge in Relation zum Preis beanstandet. Die Antwort war, ich hätte das ja so bestellt. Auf der Karte war jedoch keine Füllmenge angegeben, auf dem Glas auch nicht. Man bestellt die Katze im Sack.

Die Angestellten haben überfordert gewirkt und keine Lösung angeboten. Eine Person, die etwas entscheiden könnte, wollte man nicht informieren. Stattdessen drohte man die Polizei zu rufen, sollte ich meine Bestellung nicht vollständig bezahlen. Diese Reaktion ist völlig unverständlich und weit weg von gutem Service. Eine ernst gemeinte Entschuldigung, einen kleinen Rabatt und man kann Kritik zur Preisgestaltung einfangen. So ganz...
