The food was amazing, the fillet steak with pepper sauce was delicious, myself and my husband both had this. It was cooked to perfection. The chips were perfect. We felt the female staff members were both quite uptight, not really helpful and patronising towards us. It's a shame as we'd saved this restaurant for the last night of our holiday as it looked so special. Once we'd looked at the menu and made decisions we were told that both items we'd chosen weren’t sold anymore and hadn’t been sold all season! In fact a new menu would be in place next year! When our steaks arrived, just with chips we felt the meals needed something more and asked for a salad. 'What salad did you want?' We asked for a side salad, the waitress said green salad with parmasan shavings ok? Quite abruptly spoken. The salad arrived, a large bowl, this was the perfect accompaniment to the steaks. So 10/10 for the food and views and 5/10 for service. Maybe a bad night! Or maybe they...
Read moreThis spot has a glorious view. Stunning place to be for a sunset dinner. However you are paying for it. The starters were very small for the priceTzatziki for €5.80 was tiny, considering surrounding places give much larger portions for less and when they do it COMES with bread. NOTE: This portion and price comes with NO bread... not sure how they expect you to eat it... with a spoon??!

Read moreProbably the worst taverna in Kefalonia. The food was mediocre. Tzatziki was not creamy like in other places, Cesar salad had a bad greasy sauce on it, the yellow Fava paste was tasteless, only french fries was good and the haloumi. And they steal at the check note, because they put bread on the table, we ask to take it back because we don't need it, they give us one single pita for the Fava paste, and at the end we asked why is there 6,40 euro price on bread on our bill, she told us is because of that single piece of Pita, wich normally was included with Fava, and anywhere on the island a pack of 12 Pitas is only around 2 euro. So they just took the bread back , but they still made us paid 6.40 euro for nothing. I never saw this kind of people in Greece. So be careful and avoid this bad people and...
