Avoid if you can-lots of other negative reviews that echo what I’m about to say. Would give zero stars if I could. They have a menu above the cashier that’s half English and half Greek. The epic burger listed on there didn’t state that it had bacon. So we ordered it and didn’t ask for no bacon because there was as no mention of bacon being on the burger. When the burger comes out what do you know there’s bacon on it. So we kindly ask if they could redo the burger without bacon. Xiomara then proceeds to fight with us that we should have known there was a fully English menu hidden on the counter and there it states there is bacon on the burger. She refused to remake it and told us to take the bacon off of the burger ourselves. The only way she would make another burger was if we bought it again. All the while I am speaking in a calm tone and she is coming at me screaming. I did not want to make a scene so we walked outs Unfortunately we did not get to taste the burgers as a result. Customer service is extremely lackluster, they seem annoyed by foreigners (looking at the other negative reviews it may be racism as well). Why translate part of the ingredients but not all? Also extremely unsafe to state just take the ingredient off for those who may have allergies to said ingredient. Reading other reviews it seems like this happens often. Seems like a scam they do purposefully…you would think they would fix this issue if it’s happened more than once. Also see a lot of reviews about the same lady and the bad customer service…nothing has been done about that...
