Worst experience I've had thanks to a waitress named maria. My partner and I were having a drink and a plate of food quietly between ourselves before some business colleagues were to join us. After finishing our small meal we turned and saw a waitress right behind us and thought we'd order another round of drinks from her. The waitress MARIA has come behind us so she can complain that after we'd been sitting there for an hour after eating our food she comes to complain that i have brought my own salt to the place. I questioned her as I thought she was joking. I have never in my life heard of such a thing, it would be a different story if I bought my own gyros or bottle of wine but salt seriously. I told her we had asked the waiters for salt when the food came but no one brought anything. So instead of waiting for the food to become cold I used my salt which I use everywhere. After this interaction with Maria I asked for the manager no manager was on-site so another waiter named Gregory came over and we explained that it was the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my life. It is 100% their fault because we had asked for salt and pepper to be brought and they didn't bring it, it should be brought with any food regardless. But besides that point its salt we are talking about. I still can't fathom what the big deal was. That i brought my own salt and used it on the food i had bought from their restaurant/bar. Like i mentioned before the person named Maria needs to be out of any hospitality business as she needs to get re educated on how to speak to customers nicely not rude and abrupt. The management will be hearing about this incident and the attitude we received by their wait staff. I told my business colleagues not to go here we will meet at another bar across the street named MS, who doesn't mind if you bring your own salt its customer preference they said. DO NOT GO HERE. food wasn't crash hot anyway wouldn't recommend and the magaritas no worth the money. Alot of business clientele I have here in Greece and non of them will be going to 360 bar. Maria the waitress should get re-educated in the hospitality business. If she was working for me she would be out of the job immediately. Absolutely rude....
Read moreWe stayed at the hotel on site of the restaurant. Our concierge booked us a table at sunset for cocktails. We were sat immediately which put us in the front of a VERY long line of people waiting for a table. It was great for us but felt rude to all the waiting people. Know that the restaurant had plenty to staff and lots of empty tables but the hostess did not sit the multiple people waiting to have a sunset dinner. It felt very pretentious. We were sat and ordered cocktails. Once our server asked us what we wanted to order for dinner, we informed her we were not sure if we were eating there and might just have drinks and watch the sunset but might have dinner elsewhere. The server said “this is supposed to be a 50 euro minimum. I need to talk to my supervisor”. She went and talked to a few other employees and from that point on we practically had to beg for service. The server came back and took our place settings from us. So we sat at a naked table feeling super awkward. The drinks were so expensive it was super easy to hit the minimum. We actually went over it with our 4 drinks. But we had to ask someone else’s server to get us more drinks because our server started ignoring us. When it was time to pay, we again had to ask another employee to get us our bill. Once it came, we tried multiple times to get our server to take it but she ignored us. Finally we got her attention because she was busing the table next to us so we physically handed her our card and she walked to the other side of our table and put the card back down on our table and walked off! It was so odd and rude. We finally had to walk to a register and asked someone to please cash us out to leave. All the while, people are waiting in line just to catch a glimpse of a sunset that they never got to see with open tables all around us. I recommend you find a less pretentious spot to see the Acropolis at sunset even though the view...
Read moreThis place needs help. We had reservations for May 22 that were booked in early February through our hotel. We requested front table. First off, our hotel is the sister hotel and they moved our reservation to 360 without telling us because they had no kitchen. This caused issue as when we arrived to 360, they sat us 4 rows from the front glass and when we showed them our February reservation and told them the situation they didn’t care. Next, we sat for 28 minutes before someone who wasn’t even our waiter came to finally ask if we wanted still or sparkling water. She brought the menus with the water but likely only because we asked to see them. Our server was overwhelmed the entire night and caused every one of his table to exceed the 2 hour max. The hostesses were actually going up to tables to tell them to leave while they were still eating or drinking instead of discussing with the server who was at fault. The food was okay, but nothing spectacular and nothing came out at the right temp. I’m not sure how a huge potato croquette doesn’t come out piping hot. I can’t fully blame our server since the kitchen was clearly failing at food prep and they had food runners and drink runners. The restaurant is just a mess from the front to the back. We probably waited 20 minutes after our food was finished to see the server again and ask for the check. Meanwhile. He never came to check on us while we ate an 80€ surf and turf platter. Not to mention we paid 50€ ahead of time for our hotel reservation that we were then told we would not be getting off of our bill. We need to wait for a refund and won’t be getting a receipt tonight. Lastly, the bathroom is located down the stairwell which is loaded with people waiting for a table they didn’t reserve and God forbid you walk back up and they think you are...
