Our first dinner in Athens 25/7/2023 turned out to be awesome. Me and my daughter came to this restaurant after reading some good reviews and came to check it out. We asked one of the staff which is their most popular dish so we can try and find out. He recommended the grilled pita bread with tzatziki dips, Seabream from kafalonia and grilled calamari. Hence, we ordered the grilled pita bread with tzatziki dip, Seabream from kafalonia but not the grilled calamari. Instead we added Tuna tartare and Pork-Fig Honey and a Greek traditional "GIANNIOTIKO". When the food came, the waiter who took our order, gave us details of each dish and where the ingredients came from. He is so nice to tell us the story behind each dish and is knowledgeable about their local produce. Especially since we are tourists and this is really interesting for us. It is really obvious that the staff care a lot for their food and their customers' enjoyment of it. We were so happy to come by this restaurant for having great food, great service, great atmosphere and great ambience. The food is also amazingly delicious. When we were about to pay and leave, the waiter came by with 2 Mastiha shots free on the house and 2 scoops of pistachio ice cream (which we asked about previously and didn't expect they'd remember). We were taken back by their hospitality. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone who come by Athens for holidays. We would love to come back again before departing. This restaurant has earned its name " Greek Creative Cuisine", with good presentation and quality of the food.

Food Thes hits that rare sweet spot where everything tastes fresh, balanced, and intentional. The menu leans modern Greek, with creative touches that don’t try too hard. The standout? The salad. It’s genuinely craveable: crisp greens, seasonal ingredients, and a dressing that walks the line between tangy and rich. It’s the kind of dish you’d happily order again even with more indulgent options on the table. Everything else—from small plates to mains—is just as thoughtful. Well-seasoned, well-portioned, and plated without pretension. You get the sense the kitchen actually cares, which isn’t always a given. Service The service here is just as impressive as the food. Staff are friendly, engaged, and clearly know the menu. They strike that perfect tone—attentive without hovering, warm without being overly familiar. You feel genuinely welcomed, not just served. Ambiance Tucked into the heart of Athens, Thes has a polished but relaxed feel. It’s stylish without being stuffy—think clean design, cozy lighting, and a lively yet comfortable energy. Whether you’re dining al fresco or tucked inside, it’s a pleasant, laid-back setting that works for a long lunch or a casual dinner. The Takeaway Thes is the kind of place you recommend without hesitation. Fantastic food, standout service, and a setting that invites you to linger. If you go, don’t skip the salad.

We were visiting Athens and were recommended this restaurant by a friend...absolutely amazing and can't thank her enough! We didn't have a reservation, but thankfully, we were probably a little earlier than the normal dinner crowd and they managed to squeeze us in. But i'd highly recommend reserving a table so not to be disappointed as they were having to turn others away later on. As a party of 3, we ordered the Naxos Potatoes and Feta Cheese Donuts as starters, followed by Pork Greco Negro-Fighoney, Pulled Lamb from Thessalia, and Skioufihta for mains. For dessert, we had the Greek Traditional 'Gianniotiko' and Choco Vegan. This was honestly one of the best meals i've ever had. The starters and Pork main were highlights of the meal and absolutely delicious, as was the rest of the food. The staff were also amazing, so friendly and took the time to explain each dish. A big thank you to the chefs for preparing such wonderful food that was a delight for the tastebuds. If we ever come back to Athens, this will be at the top of our list. Well worth a visit whether you are in the area or not.

My family and I had an incredible dining experience at "Creative Greek Cuisine" in Athens, Greece. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The decor was charming and had a distinctly Greek flair.

The highlight of the evening was, of course, the food. The menu offered a delightful twist on traditional Greek dishes, showcasing the creativity of the chef. Each dish was a flavorful masterpiece, with fresh ingredients and expertly balanced flavors. We particularly enjoyed the moussaka and the lamb souvlaki, which were cooked to perfection.

The service was impeccable throughout the meal. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us choose the perfect wine to complement our meal. They also accommodated our dietary preferences and made excellent recommendations.

As a family of five, we appreciated that the restaurant had options suitable for both adults and children. Our kids loved the homemade tzatziki and the dessert selection, which included heavenly baklava and loukoumades.

Overall, our evening at "Creative Greek Cuisine" was a memorable one. The combination of exceptional food, warm ambiance, and top-notch service made it an experience we'll treasure. If you find yourself in Athens, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant for a taste of innovative Greek cuisine...
