Telescope — Restaurant in Delphi Municipality

First of all let me start by saying I was calling from the united states. When I called I was pleasantly greeted by the owner. I told him my name and asked if he could do me a favor and asked him if he could write a note " I Love You" and take it to my girlfriend. She is in Greece on vacation and is amazing. Without any hesitation he said sure and would take care of it. What blew me away was he called me back a few minutes later and offered to take a flower and asked if I wanted him to play a song for her. I said sure told him to pick a Greek love song. A few minutes went by and my girlfriend called and said it was amazing. What a great restaurant and amazing owners. Very poor experience! We saw some food photos pasted outside the cafe (or shop or whatever u wanna name it) and saw photos @ Google review too. Went inside and took some photos of the scenary and went to the restroom to throw a piece of thrash. Only to noticed they didn't serve food! We explained we were there for food n since they didn't serve food, we'd to leave. But the waiter was rude and demanded euro2 for using their trash bin! My husband and I stayed in Delphi in the off season (March) and so we were the only people in our hotel. When we got there, the place was locked up with nobody answering. We stopped in Telescope Cafe to regroup and decide what to do. The food and drinks were deliciously welcome, and the cafe owner was very personable and helpful. He knew the owner of the hotel and called his personal phone for us while we ate. Like I said, price was reasonable and food was delicious and he was probably the nicest guy in the whole town. ...
