The only good thing in this hotel is the view. Rooms are a bit outdated and with small beds. However the bed is quite comfortable if you are not tall, because in that case you legs will hang out from the bed. Bathroom is super tiny and the shower cannot be closed with the curtain which means you will have a pool on the floor. There is no sound insulation so you can hear everything from rooms around you. This means that free wake up noise in the middle of the night is included without surcharge. Breakfast was poor and disappointing for the price.

Scenic, comfortable, friendly and affordable. Our room was teeny-tiny but clean, had a good mattress and opened up to breathtaking views from our balcony. Our room came with the tiniest bathroom I've ever been in with a standing space only shower that almost lost the hotel a star in my review but their buffet breakfast came with plentiful strong and tasty coffee that regained that 4th star. One downside is that you can definitely hear the neighbors through these walls, especially in the bathroom.

We had the absolute best time at Pan Hotel during our honeymoon stay in Delphi!||The hotel is just a short walk from the bus station, located near many of Delphi’s top restaurants. The view from our room was absolutely insane—like something straight out of a postcard.||We loved the unique blend of charm and modern comfort at Pan Hotel. The use of old-school skeleton keys gave the stay a nostalgic, authentic feel, while the strong A/C was a lifesaver during the hot summer day. Plus, the included breakfast each morning was a delightful start to our day.||From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the kind and knowledgeable staff who made sure we had all the information we needed—including the hours for the nearby archaeological site and museum, which was incredibly helpful.||All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Whether you’re visiting Delphi for a romantic getaway, cultural adventure, or just to relax with a stunning view, Pan Hotel is the perfect choice....

I was very disappointed with the response from The Pan Hotel with regards to my recent booking! I made a legitimate error when cancelling more than 20 bookings recently due to COVID 19, I missed my booking with The Pan Hotel. I contacted the hotel as soon as I realised my error, just before I was due to arrive, telling them I had made a mistake and asking if they would be kind enough to refund me the cost of my accommodation. I received a flat out “No”, not even a partial refund, not one shred of empathy for my current situation. It may be within “The Pan Hotel” policy to refuse to refund, but given the current situation world wide, the uncertainty of job security and just common human decency, I would have thought that a partial refund at the very least would have been possible. How good can a hotels service really be when a response like this is received? How much do they care about their customers, very...
