Extremely disappointing. Not worth your time or money.

We went to this restaurant for dinner, hoping for a nice evening, but unfortunately, the entire experience was truly disappointing. While the outdoor seating was full, inside there was only one waiter and one busser working, and they seemed overwhelmed and uninterested. Even taking our order felt rushed and careless.

The menu had no photos or descriptions, and when we asked questions about the dishes, we were met with vague, dismissive answers. For example, we ordered the calamari, which arrived with the black outer skin still on—it hadn’t been cleaned properly and was tough and unpleasant to eat. We had to peel it ourselves at the table.

We also ordered mussels “in sauce,” but when we asked what kind of sauce, they just said “sauced.” No explanation. What we received was essentially boiled mussels in a tomato soup. Not only was it not what we expected, but no one bothered to explain this strange presentation either. We couldn’t eat it.

When we politely asked for it to be removed from the table, the server came back and put it back on our table after taking it away. Honestly, it felt incredibly rude and dismissive. We also tried the shrimp “soup,” which was inedible—the smell alone was enough to put us off. None of the staff offered any apologies, clarifications, or solutions. It felt like they just didn’t care.

To be fair, the fried honey cheese was actually quite good, and the shrimp and anchovies were okay. But the salad was flavorless and full of wilted, yellowing arugula leaves. Bread was decent, though it was burnt on the bottom. What really made everything worse was that the dishes arrived one by one, with long gaps in between. It took nearly 1.5 hours for all of our food to arrive. We spent our whole evening waiting rather than enjoying.

We had a small bottle of their house raki and the final bill came to €69, which was completely unreasonable given the experience. Neither the food, nor the service, nor the atmosphere justified the price.

What disturbed us the most was the attitude of the staff: cold, careless, and at times outright rude. Several other tables had issues as well—we even witnessed a loud argument between a Greek guest and a large Turkish group over mix-ups and delays. It seems our experience wasn’t an exception.

From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, the food poorly prepared, and the entire experience incredibly frustrating. We feel like we wasted both our time and our money here. I honestly can’t understand how a restaurant like this is still operating.

Just go elsewhere. My recent visit to this restaurant was deeply disappointing. The quality of food was below par, with the fish being undercooked and improperly cleaned, and the calamari tough and chewy. Service issues compounded the problem; the staff was too busy to be attentive, leading to repeated ordering and forgotten requests. The most basic needs, like providing enough glasses for our group, were neglected despite multiple reminders.

The restaurant's interior was uncomfortably crammed, adding to the chaotic and unenjoyable atmosphere. What's more, the bathroom's condition was shockingly dirty, highlighting a disregard for cleanliness and hygiene.

We came here to eat for about three times. Very good food and big servings, friendly staff who are in fact part of the family who runs the restaurant. The second time I was very impressed because I asked for an espresso, which they didn't have, but they immediately went to a nearby coffee shop and brought me one. Our daughter received immediately another ice-cream when the first one landed on the floor. Plus they brought her a second serving of a delicious pastry, all for free.
