Our dinner tonight was unexpectedly delicious.
The steak was perfectly cooked, tender and delicious.
The pasta was obviously deathly made, tender, just the right level of creamy, and perfectly seasoned.
The mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy.
The bread and local cheese were creamy, salty goodness.
The house wine was nice and dry, with a little citrusy bite but not acidic.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
The decor was nice. The chairs were comfortable.
The price was very fair for such a good meal.
Really, it would be hard to say anything but good things about Troufa.

We visited on Friday afternoon, 30.05. When we arrived, the waiter was sitting alone, vaping and scrolling on his phone. He later helped us order a vegetarian pasta. My wife had the pasta with mushrooms, which was okay. Unfortunately, the Beyond Meat burger was quite disappointing — the patty was much smaller than the bun, which was cold. Πολλά χρόνια είναι φίλος μου ο Λάζαρος, ο CHEF της κουζίνας !!
Έχει εργαστεί σε πολυτελή ξενοδοχεία και εστιατόρια !!
Το κατάστημα βρίσκεται σε ένα από τα σοκάκια της παλαιάς πόλης.
Λόγω της εργασίας μου έχω επισκεφθεί αρκετά καταστήματα στη γύρω περιοχή.
