Just arrived in Corfu from Ireland today and this restaurant looked fab we parked in their parking and this rude man that was working there or is the owner he told me to take my car away, I told him we are going to be eating at their restaurant and we are just having a look around the area as we just arrived in Corfu. He continued to tell me to move my car away being super rude and turning my business away for no apparent reason, so I tried talking to him in Greek so we could possibly understand each other better but he actually had a worse attitude towards me. I continued to ask him where can I park the car he replied "I don't care" , which I replied "how can you talk like this". I've never experienced anything like this in my life. Extremely rude and aggressive for our first dining experience. Thank you for being so rude to me and turning down my business because we went to an amazing restaurant just around the corner called BOHIA MARE RESTAURANT and spent over €200 on delicious cocktails, beautiful food and a bottle of Moet with great staff and a stunning beach front view. I will never step foot in this restaurant or give this restaurant my money because of this man!! He was horrible and should be fired and if he's the owner well-done you're terrible. Never given a bad review in my life but he left me no choice. In reply to your reply below, I'm half Greek so I can talk in any language I want when he said I'll give you 3 min my reply was "Να σε καλά" he then relied "Δεν το παίρνεις μαζί σου καλύτερα" "wouldn't you just take it way with you it would be better" then I said "ερχόμαστε πίσω" "we are coming back". We didn't get a chance to try your food because of his attitude. To be honest Your reply is RUDE and dismissive and that reflects on your Restaurant. I wouldn't want to try your food! In your reply you don't even apologize but make me out to be a liar that is a disgrace and such a bad way to run business when someone complains about an issue you give a smart reply, if you had apologised I would have deleted my bad review but now it is going to stay! 🤔 In response to your second reply you are right Christina I should apologize to for being a tourist and asking your brother where can I park the car and he said I DON'T CARE and walked away but obviously I should have parked my car somewhere else and come back to your restaurant because he was so kind and helpful. Read moreTried to deceive the client. We ordered gyros and trilogy (pita bread and souses), beer and ice tea with total bill 27 Euros. Received bill with big number written by hand 70 Euro, with small one 27 Euro wich is correct. The worst thing come later. When i asked to clarify how that 70 Euro came out they asked me to come inside. I refused and in a while administrator came out and without any refuse just told that this mockery is just mistake. Worst one was that even after i put money into bill card nobody came to me so i was ought to came inside by myself. And there this smiling administrator just told me - "Take it easy, you are on vacation". No excuses, at all, just smiling mocking face. Dear administration , if I'am on vacation it doesn't mean that you can deceive me smiling into my face. Worst experience ever.
Updated: Administration by their reply just showed their arrogance and absence of any client orientated service. No excuses, just blaming the client. Read moreExtremely disappointing experience. Despite the stunning sea view, everything else was a disaster. We came at peak dinner time without a reservation and were lucky to get a table — but from there, it went downhill fast. The restaurant had around 60 guests and only 3 waiters plus 1 bartender, all clearly overwhelmed.
The waiters looked like overworked horses — red-faced, exhausted, constantly running, and often didn’t even hear what guests were saying. It felt chaotic and extremely uncomfortable. We waited 20 minutes just for someone to take our order.
Food? Overpriced and poor quality. Grey carbonara (yes, grey!), possibly due to cheap ham. My salad was just a pile of dry leaves on a blue plate with barely any dressing — I had to get up and fetch olive oil myself because no waiter responded.
Final bill: nearly €100 for calamari, garlic bread, 3 carbonaras, a salad, water, and one glass of wine. Not worth it. Felt like dining in a stressed-out factory. Never again — and I strongly recommend others to...
