Well I've been there early morning at 8:50. The whole place was very dirty and it was smelling gas liquidation for about 1 hour. Until a woman complained and they decided to check the heaters. The staff came at 9 they started doing the cleaning processes and preparing the place. I had first one question "Can I get a Jardin Zombie?" (One of the signature cocktails on the list). They replied with a "Yes, of course" The wait staff was looking for the bottles and the syrups for to prepare it. I interrupted them meanwhile "If you can't do it, it's okay I will change my order" Waiter replied with "No, no it's totally fine" After 10 minutes they managed to bring it on the table that was still dirty and telling me "If you don't like it, we can change it." As an experienced Bartender the cocktail was unbalanced and by far the worst I have ever tried. "I kept it for not insulting them, by seeing the waiters making another failure". When the whole place was all set while I was drinking my favourite worst cocktail. My table was still uncleaned. After a while I decided to request cleaning the table cause I wanted to eat. I ordered a Ceasar salad it took 15' to 20 minutes to arrive. Okay that was a disgrace. Definitely not a Ceasar 2 Chicken nuggets on topping with some Doritos chips for crouton. Haha... honestly It's a nice place within a great location but the lack of experience and professionalism to all members it's totally pity. Especially when I wanted to pay and I was looking for a waiter and there was none. The girl that was responsible for the table, she had most of the time her back on the floor. When I go somewhere, I'm going to observe, taste and experience at the best of the ability. I'm not requiring a top notch service but at least some professionalism. I payed after 2 business days with Cash. 26€ - 27€. I let 30€ in total without receiving a receipt. I would have tip them more in case of providing a better service, than messing around. "Can you do that?" (Answers) "Yes, No or Sorry the Bartender is coming at 11 - 12 would you like something else?"
That's all. By being honest you never get misunderstood. Thank you for the experience, never...
Read moreDecided to visit this place for brunch today on Saturday, 11th of February upon arriving, the waitress came up and asked if i am ready to order with out even bringing the menu, after i asked for the menu (picture attached) they brought the WORST EVER MENU i have seen in my life and mind me i eat out two times a day EVERYDAY! this is a shame, carbonara was ok but nothing special, when the waitress came to take the 2nd persons order she never heard me that i wanted to order more things, what a pity that the staff is not client/sales oriented. i asked to talk to a manager but no one was present at the time according to the waitress, what a pity, location is really only good if you intend to visit the Stavros Niarchos Park, no parking available with in or infront as it is in a guarded area, the shop was quite empty for a brunch time but it was cold, doors kept open non stop, more staff within the restaurant than clients, also the inside smells strongly of a ''toilet freshener'' which i found was positioned right behind the table in the dining area. overall great instagram/social media presence but pictures have nothing to do with the reality. there is much room for...
Read moreEdit as of June 2nd 2019: Beware don't order the fresh juices as apparently they contain a NON fresh juice called Amita which is full of sugar. We ordered two juices from the menu described as natural juices, the one called Super Foods and when we sipped it we immediately felt the sugar. Upon asked the waitress, although kind, have us a "this is it, this is how we do it" answer with no apologies and no offer to take it off the check.
Initial review: Awesome place to hang out with the family. We visit regularly with the kids and we combine it with a walk at the incredible park and playground. The place is very relaxing and cozy. The food is nothing to die for but the sitting area, the scenery and the service are...
