If you are looking for a restaurant where you can experience some Greek family food, hospitality as well as atmosphere to enjoy your afternoon with friends and family, this is the spot!
The three of us paid a visit to the restaurant randomly after a quick search for some food on a somewhat cold afternoon near the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. The restaurant itself is built and based in the same way as many Greek restaurants you will find in Greek villages (meaning it gives you the feeling that you are at a local place, which is a good feeling). Once we walked in, we were welcomed by the servant and we asked him a table for the 3 of us, he asked us if we are smokers or not and as none of us smokes we followed him inside and we set on the table [just by this first moment the servant/restaurant got my respects as this shows that they pay attention to their customers and don’t wish to mix smokers with non smokers (especially when you are with your children)]. The restaurant has windows and a roof top on the entrance main hall. Generally it is a open restaurant as I imagine that it becomes open when it’s summer and in winter (autumn the time we visited) once it gets cold they close it up (so I imagine that for smockers they open a window or 2 on the side you are sitting on as to avoid pollution). Next to us (on front of my sitting) was a group of 2 families with kids celebrating their young one’s birthday (notice that as there were kids, you might expect that they would be loud but this wasn’t the case for us as it was like a family eating and having a good time and not kids jumping around making noice. Yet this is not a playground so you won’t experience such situations either way) and on the other side (my right) a family of deaf. Moreover behind us was a group of friends. I mention this because with these factors so far, we felt safe, welcomed, not alone as well as trust to the place! We ordered: • a Greek salad, • a portion of beef patties, (with its sauce) • a portion of chicken skewer souvlaki, (with its sauce) • a portion of beef steak, (comes with its sauce) • a saganaki (appetiser), • a dolmades (appetiser), • And 500ml of dry white wine to pair with that we would share. The dishes were tasty, well cooked and fresh! Also at good quantity! We didn’t leave anything on the plates! [Also we were offered water (as well as a desert) that we were not charged for and this was really generous! (this is a sign of tradition that not many restaurants tend to offer)]
The staff seemed caring, calming and interested to what they were doing!
Thank you for this amazing afternoon experience! We are looking forward to...

🍽️The food was really tasty. The quality was top! What I liked is that the Kebab apart of the pitta and fries on the side was including a grilled red pepper and a tomato. 🍅🌶️
The Greek salad was also a very decent portion. Another unique element was the kolokithokeftedes (zucchini balls) that you choose how many you want, and you pay for the piece. Bread was nice as well.
The restaurant looked pretty clean place in general. 🧹
‼️Something to focus on I would say that the service could be more attentive and support more the overall customer experience.
There are mosquitoes if you sit outside, so get ready for that.
I also enjoy the fact that they get you a small dessert before you go. As most of the restaurants used to do in Greece long time ago. They still do it and I like it!
I would def go again because of the quality food and their...
Read moreWe placed an order for 1 squid and 1 meat dish for the child. At first the waiter said that there were no meat dishes, but then he showed us a picture of some kind of hamburger or meat cutlet and we agreed that there was. But they brought grilled squid and some other things tentacles. Which we didn’t order. At first we thought that this was one dish, but no, we saw on the receipt that these were 2 different dishes. The fact that no one comes up to you and asks if everything is okay with you, is it tasty. I I don’t even want to discuss this related to the service and tips. But the bread in the receipt finished off, which we didn’t order, but it was on the table in a bag of some kind of cracker. And there were 2 servings of bread in the receipt! It’s so small that it’s embarrassing)the food was...
