Gossip Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Kos

Lovely location on the historic square with local children playing. The only downside of this are the local buskers and rose / ballon sellers who the owners have the misguided view that their customers enjoy and so do nothing about. The service was pleasant and prompt. Prices were reasonable for the location. (A large beer four euros, pizza 8 ish). But the real let down was the food. The burger made me pine for a MdDonalds 99p burger (which is far fresher and higher quality meat / bread). The pizza had a huge quantity of cheese on it and was clearly reheated. Whilst not unhygienic etc the food was a real let down and I wouldn’t recommend...

I do NOT recommend this place, although location is rather okay on the square. Certainly not the best spot, but ok. Prices are high and quality below acceptable standards. The glasses and plates weren’t cleaned properly, full of stains from previous users. But most important we got undercooked (raw) Souvlaki chicken. Response of the waiter on our complaint was quite shocking to say the least; he said “this is a common risk with chicken”.. OMG 😳 No it’s not. We’ve got no refund, no discount, no empathy nothing… Hopefully we won’t...

lovely spot in the town square, good selection of ice cream choices and plenty of seating room outside with umbrellas as shelters. The waiter was welcoming and efficient. I can recommend the Chocolate Banana pancake (€7) - see photo attached !! Only issue was the coffee came out luke warm ( more on the cold side ) which was disappointing hence why the score...
