Grill House Edi — Restaurant in Municipality of Kos

I came in Kos for the first time and tried different local restaurants. When I visited this place, the rest of my meals where served here. I want to make a full review considering that this is a family business very dedicated and customer centric. Very afforable prices and a great sea view. It has also tables in the seaside and you can enjoy your dinner with a great cocktail after it and close the night with a sea dive, or you can stay in the street corner to enjoy the fresh air of their planta. After the meal they offer you free drinks (shots) or fruits. We tried many local traditional dishes, also some ad hoc dishes requested to the chef. Gluten friendly products. Very clean, high quality, fresh products, and a sneak peek: they serve also deserts and gelato so you don't need to go elsewhere. This place quickly became our favorite spot – we came here every evening and every visit was a wonderful experience. The amazing chef always welcomed us with a smile, was super friendly, and genuinely enjoyed talking with us. He created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel like home.

The food was absolutely delicious – always fresh, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with love and passion. You could really tell he cares about his guests and takes pride in every dish he serves. The whole staff was kind and professional, which made our evenings even more enjoyable.

I chose this place for my last dinner on the island and sadly it was not what I hoped for. Restaurant itself has a beautiful setting on the beach, service was a bit slower but still alright. As I was there by myself I was sat into the second row despite one or two tables for two still being available right by the sea, in a way I understand but that doesn’t mean I’m okay with it. I ordered porky gyros plate and taste wise there was nothing wrong with it but I usually never finished this food as the portions are usually huge, this time I left still feeling hungry but payed about the same price as...
