The only thing that actually lived up to the impression was the ambiance. The rest turned out to be a complete tourist trap.

As soon as we sat down, we were asked very rudely what we wanted to drink and were immediately asked whether we would be paying in "cash" or "bar" (card). When we said we weren't sure yet, they rolled their eyes. When I asked if my prawns would be served raw or cooked (I've had raw prawns before), I was just told, "Cooked, of course, what do you think?"

The prawns in question were five pieces, half an avocado, drowned in cocktail sauce – €14. I've had plenty of calamari before, but this just tasted like chewing bland rubber. And the service? Even worse. Plates weren't cleared before the mains arrived, and everything turned into a chaotic mess.

The table next to us, who spoke only limited English, were treated like dirt. I honestly didn’t expect a 4-star experience – not in terms of service and certainly not in terms of food. This is one of my rare Google reviews, but this was just rude staff and bad food – a terrible combination.

What a terrible place to eat! The staff are unbelievably rude, especially the man who’s often working in the evening near the beachside section. He struts around like he’s something special, but his attitude is disgraceful.

On the very first evening of their holiday, a couple accidentally placed their bikes in the restaurant’s rack. An honest mistake. Instead of handling it politely, this man immediately lashed out at them. Not exactly the warm welcome you’d expect for new visitors to Kos and certainly not a good first impression of his restaurant. The man from the couple even tried to stay friendly and keep the mood light, but the restaurant’s man kept behaving like a complete boor.
