Vitamin Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Kos

God, I wish we've discovered this place earlier.

This should be your most important morning "pit-stop" while you're visiting Kos. Take my example: I don't bother with healthy food while I am on vacation - show me anything with quinoa and i will burst into laughter and grab first greasy gyros I can find. Here, I've had a "superfood tortilla" and I was blown away, craving for more.

Their juices, smoothies and protein shakes are out of this world - I would probably never survive the 15km bicycle ride (on 38 degrees Celsius) if i didn't grab their whey protein shake first.

Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh and vividly colorful, with more than reasonable prices - you even get a discount if you bring your own cup!

The staff is helpful, hard-working and radiating with wonderful energy that will brighten your day.

Their working hours are perfect for breakfast or brunch, so plan your visit accordingly :)

Also, don't forget to try out their energy bars, especially peanut butter and "cheese cake-but-not-a-cheese cake" ones. They are packed with insane flavour and definitely will keep you running...

What an absolutely fantastic find!

We went on a bike ride today along the coast and whilst in search of food that was a bit healthier and more fulfilling, we came across this hidden gem. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and even went out of their way to make me a fresh sandwich (I couldn’t have the cream cheese in the salmon bagel, as I’m allergic to dairy). The food was absolutely fantastic and the green goddess juice was not only delicious, but has also completely refreshed and reenergised me for the day ahead. The vitamin bar is in a fantastic location and has such a wonderful chilled out vibe to it. There were so many delicious looking options on the menu that it took us a while to choose! We will definitely be returning to try the other options before we leave Kos, I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! An absolutely gorgeous afternoon highlighted by this...

20 stars is what I rate this shop!!!! I was literally dancing in and out of my seat with each bite of the PB açaí bowl!!! Super high quality in all the items I ordered (matcha latte with almond milk, green juice + beetroot, PB açaí bowl added chia and also hemp protein) - and this is coming from a girl from California and Amsterdam, seriously blew me away!!!!
