These people have skills. They have a rotisserie that sits above live wood coals. On the rotisserie they separately roast lamb, pork and chicken. They told me they start at approximately 2:00 in the afternoon. The aroma is incredible. While fries that serve frequently in Greece, they're french fries a fresh and not previously frozen. You can't help but get drenched by the aroma of the food, it's so good. After being served the pork, I went and they asked me if I liked it, I told him no and they looked at me funny, and I said I loved it! They really take so much pride in their preparation. In typical Greek style are so cordial and kind. We sat by the restaurant although right across the way they have tables by the sea. The pork dish I had cost 12 euros.

A non traditional take on a Greek souvlaki, still very tasty. But, you can’t order a souvlaki if you are seating in the main area next to the sea.. this is extremely unfortunate. We had to move because of that reason. The only way to get a souvlaki is if you seat on one of the two tables they have next to the restaurant door, which, if you do you will have all the heat of the restaurants kitchen coming towards you. Very unfortunate because the food was pretty tasty, but our experience wasn’t great.

We had a fantastic experience at Milos Rustic Souvlaki. The chicken gyros with tzatziki and pita were delicious (and very affordable). The pita, in particular, was some of the best I've had. The gyros was amazing. Sitting by the Aegean Sea added to the relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and had great energy. We enjoyed it so much that we went back a second night. Overall, great food and excellent service in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

A lovely view with most tables being right on the water. I would recommend the plates as they come with fries, pita and sauce. The portion was very good and the meat was delicious.

I would not recommend the hot appetizers so much. We ordered the cheese pies, the garlic mushrooms and the tirokeftiri (spicy cheese spread). The cheese pies were a total disappointment, they were a bit bigger than a gyoza or a perogie and were filled with less than a half teaspoon of cheese each. The table next to us also ordered them and were complaining about them as well. The mushrooms were amazing, however for 9€ I wanted to have at least double the amount, especially since I ordered it as my main on the recommendation of the staff (who were lovely). They bill themselves as vegan friendly on their sign so I was hoping for proper portions of the veggie dishes. Veggies are less filling than meat of the same portion and it's always disappointing when restaurants don't take that into account. The cheese spread was delicious and the portion size was great.

All in we paid 55€ for greek salad, cheese spread, 4 sad cheese pies, a handful of mushrooms (altho delicious) and 1 amazing meat plate.

Go for the staff, the service, and skip the...

I didn’t know I liked Dakos salad until I went to Milos Rustic Souvlaki! When you read the description of it, you might think “how good can it be? It’s bread and tomatoes with some cheese”. At least, that’s what I thought 😄 But I was so wrong. When you bring the freshest and local ingredients with the right balance of herbs, balsamic, and seasoning you get an explosion of flavor. And it’s so perfectly balanced and variety of textures. The rosé was cool, light, fruity, floral with a touch of sweet; very refreshing. And the view is relaxing and beautiful at sunset literally next to the water. Thanks George for the fun chats, recommendations, and warmth of character! Fantastic service and kindness from everyone who works there. Appreciate the well-rounded...
