The restaurant Estia is an amazing place. I have a very positive opinion about it.To be honest, for me it is really important how the waiters behave, as they greatly influence the atmosphere of the place. The waitress was very kind and friendly-her name is Fetini (if I remember corectly) She is such a lovely lady, her personality made me feel happier. She had a positive energy. She was born to work with people-she knows exactly how a person should be treated. She is a diamond and the owner should definitely keep her. Estia Milos is a relatively new restaurant in Adama in Milos. A perfect location on the waterfront for a wonderful relaxed evening meal. The food is absolutely delicious authentic Greek cuisine. The menu is varied with plenty of choices of meat, seafood and poultry to suit all tastes. The staff were fantastic. Fortini recommended the Goat and Rooster dishes under ‘Muma’s Food’ on the menu. We were not disappointed; both were plentiful and absolutely delicious authentic Greek home cooked meals. Both Fortini and Demetris were both friendly, welcoming and very helpful in recommending the food and wine. We had a fabulous dining experience at this restaurant. Had dinner here yesterday. Friendly staff and a nice place to sit. The food tasted good — we had the vegan gyros — but the presentation was really poor. Just a small pile of gyros with some fries thrown around it. No sauce, no tomato, no onion, no pita — nothing. Unfortunately, we forgot to take a picture, but if we had, it would’ve said it all.

It was quite dry, so I asked for some mayo, but it never came. Everywhere else gyros comes with those basics, so for the price we paid, this felt underwhelming. A real shame, because if the dish had been properly put together, we would’ve left with a much better feeling — the taste was...
