On Thursday, August 28, 2025, I had one of the worst nightlife experiences I’ve ever encountered. The venue itself was beautiful and had great potential, but everything else ruined the night. The DJ had an extremely poor taste in music, changing songs every five seconds, making it impossible to enjoy or follow the atmosphere.

On top of that, the service was terrible. I had to wait far too long just to place an order, and when it came time to pay, my Visa card unexpectedly didn’t go through. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the barman looked at me and said, “Next time make sure you have money in the Visa before you order.” I then paid immediately with another Visa card that worked without issue, but his comment was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

The most awful customer service experience I have ever had! Don’t go there! We went there 10 people requesting a table to eat. The place was literally empty and they mentioned that all restaurant tables were reserved. Then we asked whether it would be possible to sit on some other tables. They said yes but they could only give us 2 tables and we asked whether the third one was reserved - they said no but they could only give us 2 tables and they were doing us a favour. BTW the place was big and there were at least 25 available tables not part of the restaurant. When we requested an additional chair they said that they could not give us one and we should squeeze. Again the place was literally empty. I usually never leave bad reviews, but this was the worst service I've ever experienced. We told them we wanted to have dinner and drinks, but they claimed the restaurant was fully booked, even though the place was completely empty. They only offered us high tables with high chairs. We were a group of 10, but they only provided 5 chairs, intending to imply they were doing us a favor by even allowing us to sit there. After insisting, they brought two short chairs that were unusable with the high tables. When we pointed this out, the staff just said they were following orders.

If the issue was our beach attire, they could've just informed us of a dress code rather than treating us so poorly. The service was unprofessional, and the management clearly doesn't value its customers. Don't waste your time or money here—rude staff and overpriced menu. Avoid...
