This new hotel is a fantastic new addition to the area!
Our room was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering beautiful views that added a special touch to our trip. The bed struck a perfect balance, blending the firmness often found in European hotels with a softness that suits American preferences—firm yet plush, if that makes sense. Room included plenty of modern features that added to the experience.
The service was impeccable, with every team member going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and the included breakfast was a standout feature—truly fabulous! The variety was impressive, with an array of options that changed each morning, keeping things fresh and exciting. I read a previous reviewer’s complaint about the orange juice, but I couldn’t disagree more—it tasted as if the oranges were hand-picked and freshly squeezed each day, bursting with flavor. The breakfast spread catered to every taste, making mornings a highlight of our stay.
The hotel’s location is ideal: close enough to the area’s attractions yet tucked away in a quiet area perfect for relaxation. Just a two-minute walk away, there’s a lovely swimming area near Valaora Resto restaurant, ideal for a quick dip. The beach, a bit farther, is absolutely beautiful and worth the trip. You can take a scenic walk through the city or brave the closed-off trail up the road from the nearby swimming spot (presumably gated for safety due to falling rocks, though locals were seen bypassing the gate). The trail is pretty and manageable, leading to a stunning beach that feels like a hidden gem.
My only minor suggestion would be to add a lounging chair in the room for extra comfort when relaxing. Otherwise, everything was...
Read moreWe wanted to explore more of the Peloponnese so chose this beautiful hotel in Nafplio as our base. Prior to arriving I had contacted them about parking and general access. Their replies were instant, always a good sign.||From the moment we arrived to when we checked out a week later all the staff were excellent; friendly, helpful and always with a ready smile. We chose a front corner room which was larger than the standard rooms and it was an excellent choice. We had a great view out to the town and Bourtzi Fort and across the bay to the mountains. Breakfast was included and provided a mix of Greek, continental and options for bacon, fried eggs etc. Lots of choice of fruit and various drinks meant that there was always something to be had. ||The Housekeeping team were fabulous. We normally eat around 8:30am and each day when we returned from breakfast housekeeping had cleaned and tidied our room usually with fresh linen and towels.||It seems churlish to have a downside but my wife found it impossible to hang a full length dress as the bars were half length, but that a minor point.||It is true that there are a lot of steps to Nafplio. It will certainly tone up your legs but we also discovered that if we didn’t fancy the hike back, a taxi from town was about €5 which is certainly worth it.||There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and some great bars. We are at a different one each night||One final point our room had a HUGE bath that filled really quickly, was incredibly deep and certainly eased our aching legs. ||Overall an excellent hotel...
Read moreDuring a trip in Greece, we stay 3 nights this August 2025 in Naus hotel. Here are unbiaised feedbacks.||POSITIVE|- Hotel is brand new so everything is very clean and all construction materials are very qualitative all across the hotel and rooms, including some advanced technology in the bedroom|- Service is very OK, people at reception are listening to requests|- Breakfast is both international and local Greek dishes so excellent |- Localization is perfect at few meters from all city charming streets|- No hotel private parking but you can park quite easily and for free||NEGATIVE (minor things)|- The small bedroom we had are only 16 square meters and it is too small when you have large luggages. You need to keep them open on the floor in "camping mode", and the bed was stuck to a wall. If you can take rooms with more space!!|- There is an evacuation sign above the bedroom door and the green light is much to strong at night. I understand it's the law but how stupid to have evacuation signal and light in a single room of 16m2 !!|- The doors are in a very new material and they donc perfectly isolate room from the corridor. Fortunately, there are few people and well educated, so it is very minor trouble.|- The hotel is a little sad, very quiet and it could help to have a bar, to have a little life in the evening|- Small bottles of water are 2€ each... they...
