Terrible Food & Fake Reviews?
I hate to say this but after eating Indian food across 4 continents, this is the worst I have ever had (especially given the fact we spent € 88 euro on this)! 2 chicken tikka, 2 butter chicken and 3 orders of naan. Sauce of both butter chicken and chicken tikka is watery and bland. Like ketchup with chicken on rice. The naan was bland and flavorless. Almost no difference between garlic and cheese naan - it was hard for us to tell the difference. Tasted like frozen food heated up. I do not exaggerate when I say this is the most expensive and the most disgusting “Indian” food Ive ever had. If someone opens and authentic Indian restaurant with decent flavor and medium prices they’d make a killing.

The first thing we noticed as we walked in was the dirty fithy fan that might not have cleaned for ages. Wondered how the kitchen must be.
Never got to see the kitchen except a part of it as you walk by it to the bathroom.
The food was nothing but awful. We ordered the bhindi masala and dal makhani. I will post a photo of the dal here, please tell me if you have seen dal makhani with Chana dal and other dal mixed with black dal, where the black dal was in minority.
Food was overly seasoned with salt to a point where we decided to not finish the food.
I have a feeling the chef might be on holiday and the other folks “rolled” up their sleeves to fill in on this meal prep for us.
Avoid this place with a 10 foot pole.
Finally I saw a legit shopping cart inside the restaurant by the bar/payment area. At first I thought I was crazy but then had my wife confirm the...
Read moreOrdered food from this place last night, this is horrendous food! The mixed grill only had chicken and the malai chicken was off. It had a weird smell to it. The fish curry had the smallest pieces of fish known to mankind (20 euros for a tiny portion). But the worst offenders were the daal (under cooked and the masala was rancid) and the naans which were made on a pan rather than a tandoor. If you are gonna charge 3.5 euros for a man but then still give me a roti that was 2 euros, that’s just disappointing. Have the integrity to take off the naan from your menu. This is the only Indian option on the island and the kids were craving it after being out of home for a week. It’s very sad that this is being schleped in the name of...
