I live on the opposite street and wondered if this cozy place can be my "steki". It is very cozy but unfortunately I will not be coming here again. I got a takeaway coffee, and I looked at the menu and knew it would be costing me 1.80. When I paid with my card I was charged 2 euros. I noticed it right away but didn't wanna say anything. they won 20 cents but lost a lot more in the future. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind leaving a tip for just one coffee, if it was a dine in situation. those 20 cents are nothing, but it makes a customer think: what if they will steal from your bill every single time and even bigger amounts? Great food, however terrible business practices: The prices on the menu they show at the entrance and on their website did not match the prices on the bill. When confronted, their explanation was that they add a "small markup" for dining in, that the menu shows takeaway prices. In my case the markup was 32%.
