Delis Restaurant Cafe — Restaurant in Municipality of Rethymnon

We came here searching for a bus stop, they very kindly pointed us in the right direction. After missing the bus (we’re a bit silly) they showed us an app to get to find the buses here and then gave us a couple menus. We ordered pork gyros and spaghetti bolognese and they were both absolutely incredible. The exterior is in the shade and has fans so you can easily cool down during your meal. Delis is an absolutely wonderful restaurant with amazing food and great atmosphere and service. We were served by the waitress with black hair in braids who greeted us every day with a smile and was so kind to us! We had a bit of an unfortunate stay in our hotel which left us wanting for better customer service, and here we received the most helpful and kind service! She was always keen to answer our questions and help us. And the food - it was amazing! This place offers breakfast and dinner, and the smoothies here were also absolutely amazing. This place is a bit unassuming from the outside, but it's really lovely, clean and modern when you take a seat! The food is lovely and the freshly cooked pizza/garlic bread is pretty much as good as it gets. We also had gyros, souvlaki and Greek salad. It was all beautifully made.
